Brian Griffin

Brian is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Aludyne, a position he has held since March of 2023. In this role, Brian is responsible for driving the people strategy with particular emphasis in operational effectiveness, talent acquisition, labor relations and compensation administration. He holds 30 years of experience in Human Resources, having spent time at Ford Motor Company, Tower International, Cooper Standard and most recently, with Horizon Global as the Vice President of Human Resources for the Americas. Brian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Tyler and an MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.

Fun Fact: Brian enjoys bicycling (e-bike), watching Premier League football (soccer), and is a lifelong fan of America’s football team (Dallas Cowboys).
