Chassix announces that it has formally changed the company’s name to Aludyne as a reflection of its evolution and the trajectory of the mobility industry.
2018
Acquisition of Automotive Farsund’s Lightweight Aluminum Low Pressure Casting Business in Farsund, Norway.
2017
Established Greenfield Plant in Ostrava, Czech Republic.
2015
Successful restructuring in July 2015. New board of Directors in place.
2013
Opened new machining plant in Columbus, Georgia adjacent to existing Chassix iron foundry.
2012
Chassix was formed through the integration of two industry leaders: DMI and SMW Automotive, becoming the industry's largest single resource for high-quality, precision casting and machining solutions. Opened second manufacturing facility in Brazil - a machining plant in Minas Gerais to service Fiat business. Opened aluminum casting foundry in Benton Harbor, MI.
